Leadership

The UNA-USA YPIC Leadership Council (LC) is responsible for advancing UNA-USA's mission by engaging young professionals across a national network. The LC is composed of the Chairs of each official YPIC or their official designate to the LC. Through monthly conference calls, email and googlegroup communication, LC members vote on national initiatives, aid in setting national goals, track regional programs, and encourage local growth of UNA-USA YPIC groups.

The Executive Committee (EC) of the UNA YPIC National Leadership Council (LC) runs the LC and consists of three members who are nationally elected by UNA-USA YPIC members. The EC is composed of one board representative to the national UNA-USA Board of Directors and to the CCD Steering Committee and two representatives to the UNA-USA Council of Chapters and Divisions (CCD) Steering Committee, the national membership leadership body with elected representatives from each of the nine geographic regions in the US.

The listed EC members were elected in conjunction with the national convention in March of 2007 and their term ends at the national convention in New York City  in March of 2009. Sultana F. Ali  is the YPIC Representative to the  national board of directors of UNA-USA and Fabrice Pierre and Alexandria Faiz are the two other representatives to the CCD.
